2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account, engage in account trading, or use third-party software to gain unfair advantages. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.
3. Virtual Currency & Purchases
Gold, Tokens, and other in-game currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. All purchases of premium currency are final. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any in-game item or currency.
4. Code of Conduct
Players must treat others with respect. Harassment, hate speech, cheating, exploiting bugs, or any behaviour that degrades the experience for others is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All game content including graphics, music, story, characters, and code is the exclusive property of Time & Reckoning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We may terminate or suspend access to our service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.
